Distribution Method. The Plan Administrator must direct the Trustee to distribute or commence distribution of the deceased Participant's Vested Account Balance under a method which is in accordance with: (a) the Employer's Adoption Agreement elections; (b) any Participant or Beneficiary permitted and timely made election under Section 6.03(B); and (c) the Plan terms including Section 6.04.
