Common use of Distribution in Cash Only Clause in Contracts

No Venturer in his capacity as a Venturer shall have the right to demand or receive property other than cash (as and when provided herein) from the Venture for any reason whatsoever and no Venturer shall have the right to sue ▇▇▇ partition of the Venture or for the Venture's assets.
