DISTRIBUTION AUTHORITY. General Agent is authorized to procure, through the sub-agents appointed by it, applications for the Plans. Sun Life of Canada (U.S.), in its sole discretion and without notice to General Agent, may suspend sales of any Plans hereunder or may amend any policies or contracts evidencing such plans.
