Disputes, Breaches, Defaults, or Other Litigation. a. FTA Interest. FTA has a vested interest in the settlement of any violation of federal law, regulation, or disagreement involving the Award, the accompanying Agreement, and any Amendments thereto including, but not limited to, a default, breach, major dispute, or litigation, and FTA reserves the right to concur in any settlement or compromise.
