Variations in Quantities Clause Samples

The "Variations in Quantities" clause defines how changes in the amount of work or materials specified in a contract are managed. It typically allows for adjustments to the contract price or schedule if the actual quantities required differ from those originally estimated, such as when more or less material is needed for a construction project. This clause ensures that both parties are fairly compensated or credited for significant deviations, thereby allocating risk and maintaining fairness when project requirements change.
Variations in Quantities. Any variation between the quantities specified and the quantities accepted by GRTC shall not constitute a failure by GRTC to comply with the Agreement, a purchase order or this Attachment. Payment shall be adjusted accordingly.
Variations in Quantities. Any variation between the quantities specified and the quantities accepted by Buyer will not constitute a failure by Buyer to comply with this Agreement, provided the variation does not exceed five percent of the quantities specified. Payment shall be adjusted accordingly.
Variations in Quantities. The indicated quantities may be modified by Triangle Generation Humanitaire to a degree of +/- 10% depending on the proposed unit price. In this case, the unit price of the tender shall be applicable to the quantities ordered within the limit of these variations. All requested prices will have to be indicated and filled out by the supplier. Depending on the unit and total prices, Triangle Generation Humanitaire will determine the final order at a later point. Moreover, Triangle Generation Humanitaire may order additional material if the prices remain the same.
Variations in Quantities. The actually delivered quantity of MASS PRODUCTION CIRCUITS may vary at the rate of +0/-10% with respect to the ordered quantity. Any deviations from the specified delivery quantities not exceeding this tolerance band shall be deemed to constitute fulfillment of the AGREEMENT. If PowerDsine should be unable to meet its purchasing obligations due to such deviations, PowerDsine shall have no financial disadvantage with regard to the applicable unit price (see clause 8.2).
