DISPUTES AND INVESTIGATIONS. No Target Company is involved in any material current dispute with any Tax authority or so far as the Seller is aware is or has in the last six years been the subject of any investigation or non-routine visit by any Tax authority and no Target Company has become liable to pay any penalty, surcharge, fine or interest in respect of Tax.

DISPUTES AND INVESTIGATIONS. No Target Company is involved in any material current dispute with any Tax tax authority or so far as the Seller is aware is or has in the last six three years been the subject of any investigation or non-routine visit by any Tax tax authority and no Target Company has become liable to pay any penalty, surcharge, fine or interest in respect of Taxtax.

DISPUTES AND INVESTIGATIONS. No Target Company is involved in any material current dispute with any Tax tax authority or so far as the Seller is aware is or has in the last six years been the subject of any investigation or non-routine visit by any Tax authority tax authority, and no Target Company has become liable to pay any penalty, surcharge, fine or interest in respect of Taxtax where such penalty, surcharge, fine or interest exceeds £50,000.

DISPUTES AND INVESTIGATIONS. No Target Company is involved in any material current dispute with any Tax tax authority or so far as the Seller is aware is or has in the last six years has, since 1 April 2005, been the subject of any investigation or non-routine visit by any Tax tax authority and no Target Company has become liable to pay any penalty, surcharge, fine or interest in respect of Taxtax. No tax authority has indicated to the Seller or any Target Company that it intends to investigate the tax affairs of any Target Company.
