DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY. Subject to the provisions of Section 1.15, if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER abandons or quits the Site or is dispossessed of its rights to utilize the Site by process of law or otherwise, title to any personal property belonging to and left on the Site ninety (90) days after such event shall, at COUNTY’s option, be deemed to have been transferred to COUNTY. COUNTY shall have the right to use, remove, and to dispose of such property after such 90-day period without liability therefore to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER or to any person claiming under ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER, and shall have no need to account therefore.
