Common use of Disposal of Tenant’s Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Disposal of Tenant’s Personal Property. If any items of personal property of Tenant(s) is left on or about the Premises, or in any storage area provided by Landlord after the Agreement has terminated and delivery of possession has occurred, Landlord will consider such property to be abandoned. Such items will be disposed of after twenty-four (24) hours after termination. Landlord shall dispose of the abandoned property as Landlord sees fit or appropriate. Tenant(s) will be responsible for any and all costs associated with such disposal. Landlord shall not have any liability for the risk of loss for such personal property.
