Common use of Disposal of Other Waste Clause in Contracts

Disposal of Other Waste. Tenant shall properly dispose of all other waste or other matter delivered to, stored upon, located upon or within, used on, or removed from, the premises in such a manner that it does not, and will not, adversely affect the (1) health or safety of persons, wherever located, whether on the Premises or elsewhere, (2) condition, use or enjoyment of the Premises or any other real or personal property, wherever located, whether on the Premises or anywhere else, or (3) Premises or any of the improvements thereto or thereon including buildings, foundations, pipes, utility lines, landscaping or parking.

Disposal of Other Waste. Tenant shall properly dispose of all other waste or other matter delivered to, stored upon, located upon or within, used on, or removed from, the premises Premises in such a manner that it does not, and will not, adversely affect the (1a) health or safety of persons, wherever located, whether on the Premises or elsewhere, elsewhere (2b) condition, use or enjoyment of the Premises or any other real or personal property, wherever located, whether on the Premises or anywhere elseProject, or (3c) Premises or any of the improvements thereto or thereon including buildings, foundations, pipes, utility lines, landscaping or parkingparking areas.
