Dispatch Notice. 6.5.2.1 No later than 5:00 P.M. Pacific Prevailing Time on each Business Day, Buyer shall deliver to Seller a statement (which may be communicated by fax, e-mail or other electronic medium or a recorded telephone line) setting forth the estimated quantity of Net Energy to be Scheduled during each hour of the immediately following Day(s) at the Electricity Delivery Point. These estimates shall not be binding upon Buyer and Xxxxx may subsequently revise its estimates. The foregoing estimates by Buyer shall not be construed to permit Seller to limit the availability of the Facility such that Buyer is restricted from Dispatching Contract Capacity unless the Facility Capacity is physically unavailable due to Force Majeure, Planned Outage or Unplanned Outage, as the case may be. Xxxxx’s written statement may request the delivery of energy to be Scheduled during any or all hours of any Day.
Dispatch Notice. Document issued by the SUPPLIER once all agreed procedures have been followed, informing ENEL that all equipment or material, or part thereof, object of the Contract has been dispatched. Quality Agreement: Agreement between ENEL and the SUPPLIER according to which the latter has a given responsibility on the acquisition, assuring certain quality levels previously agreed by both parties.

Dispatch Notice. All requests for Electricity by Owner shall provide Operator with advance Notice of at least the time of _______ minutes for the EDP as the “Minimum Dispatch Time”. Each Dispatch Notice shall be in the form set forth in Schedule 6. A Dispatch Notice shall be effective until the delivery of a subsequent Dispatch Notice.
Dispatch Notice. Buyer shall provide Seller with advance Notice of at least sixty (60) minutes before each Hour in which it Dispatches Electricity at anthe time shown in Exhibit A for each EDP before each period in which it will require Electricity at that EDP. Each Dispatch Notice shall be in the form set forth in Exhibit E. A Dispatch Notice shall be effective until the delivery of a subsequent Dispatch Notice.
Dispatch Notice. The Supplier must send the Purchaser, separately from the Products and the invoice, a detailed dispatch notice for each consignment on the day on which the Products are dispatched.
