Dispatch Forecast. Owner shall provide to the Operator a forecast of Project operations, including estimated start-ups, shut-downs and run hours, no later than 180 days prior to the start of each Operating Year. Owner shall prepare and provide a forecast for the next calendar year operations, plus a dispatch forecast for the five Operating Years after the next Operating Year, to be used as the basis for the Budget.
