RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY. Division A—Coal Rights and Related Matters
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY a. Acceptance of Orders COMPANY agrees to accept orders placed for Products which are submitted in compliance with this Agreement. Orders shall be considered accepted on the mailing of their forma order acknowledgment. Shipment of all or part of the goods ordered shall also be considered accepted on the same terms, but shipment of an order shall not obligate COMPANY to make further shipments. COMPANY shall have no obligation to ship unless the terms of payment are satisfactory to COMPANY at its sole and absolute discretion, at the time of shipment.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY. As required by Authority, Company will be responsible for the Services as set forth in the Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit A.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY. 6.1. The Company shall be obliged to manage the Service, to determine the Service’s structure at sole discretion, appearance and other elements of the Service. The Company shall be entitled to amend and/or change the design of the Service, its functionality, to change or to add the used scripts, the software, used or stored in the Service, and the terms and conditions for the Users to access to the Service. If these changes are made, the User confirms these changes, provided that he continues to use the Service.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY. 5.1.1 Company shall deliver Content for the Mini-Site and Jump Page to Microsoft and MSNBC respectively in accordance with the delivery specifications set forth on Exhibit 2-B. Company shall deliver Content that is complete, acceptable in style and quality, and free of errors including, without limitation, errors in facts, grammar, punctuation and spelling. In the event that Microsoft or MSNBC require additions, deletions or other changes to the Content, Microsoft or MSNBC as applicable shall notify Company in writing and Company shall alter the Content to accommodate such changes.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY. In addition to other rights and obligations under this Multi-level Sale Agreement, the Relevant Documents and in accordance with the law of Vietnam, the Company also has the following rights and obligations:

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COMPANY. 1. Ownership of IP. COMPANY will own all COMPANY BIP, COMPANY Inventions, COMPANY’s Other Intellectual Property, and copyright in the Project Reports. COMPANY will jointly own, together with Foundation, all Joint Inventions.
