Dishonored Check or Credit Card. If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to Crunch San Diego by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, Crunch San Diego management, shall, in each instance, (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection, plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed Crunch San Diego in any subsequent month.

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to Crunch Orange County Placentia by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, Crunch Orange County Placentia management, shall, in each instance, (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection, plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed Crunch Orange County Placentia in any subsequent month.

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to PACIFIC BEACH by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, PACIFIC BEACH management shall, in each instance (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and ex- penses incurred in connection with collection plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed PACIFIC BEACH in any subsequent month.

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to Crunch Orange County by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, Crunch Orange County management, shall, in each instance, (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection, plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed Crunch Orange County in any subsequent month.

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to Crunch NORCAL LLC by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, Crunch NORCAL LLC management shall, in each instance, to the extent permitted by law, (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection, and (b) charge such other fees as may be permitted by applicable law.

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to Crunch LA by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, Crunch LA management, shall, in each instance, (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection, plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed Crunch LA in any subsequent month

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC management shall, in each instance (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC in any subsequent month. If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to The Company by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, The Company management, or any third party on its behalf, as applicable, shall, in each instance, to the extent permitted by law, (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection, and (b) charge such other fees as may be permitted by applicable law.

If any check, account debit, or credit card charge payable to Crunch Fountain Valley by Member and/or Buyer is returned, rejected or dishonored, Crunch Fountain Valley man- agement shall, in each instance (a) assess a charge equal to any charge imposed by the financial institution, any costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection plus an administrative fee which may be adjusted from time to time, and (b) collect the current and past due balance owed Crunch Fountain Valley in any subsequent month.
