Common use of Disengagement Services Clause in Contracts

Disengagement Services. On termination of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ may offer to provide you with disengagement support services at our then current rates, and such disengagement support services must be agreed in writing by the Parties.
