Common use of Discretionary Projects Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Projects. An amount not to exceed Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000) shall be for the implementation of New Projects that meet the Majority-in-Interest Threshold (“Discretionary Projects”). Discretionary Projects are exempt from Majority-in-Interest review under subsection 6.2.1.
