The School Entity may notify the Law Enforcement Authority having jurisdiction where the incident occurred of any of the following incidents occurring on school property, at any school sponsored activity, or on a conveyance as described in the Safe Schools Act (including a school bus) providing transportation to or from a school or school sponsored activity:

Discretionary Notification. The Trustee, in his sole discretion, may notify certificate holders in regard to any proposed exercise by the Trustee of any of the rights, powers or privileges vested in him. The Trustee shall not be bound to follow or act upon any request of the certificate holders or to submit any matters to the certificate holders.

  • Notification Procedures To address non-compliance, the receiving Competent Authority would notify the providing Competent Authority pursuant to Article 5 of the IGA. The notification procedures would differ depending upon whether the receiving Competent Authority seeks to address administrative or other minor errors or significant non-compliance.

  • Acknowledgments; No Section 83(b) Election The Participant acknowledges that he or she is responsible for obtaining the advice of the Participant’s own tax advisors with respect to the award of RSUs and the Participant is relying solely on such advisors and not on any statements or representations of the Company or any of its agents with respect to the tax consequences relating to the RSUs. The Participant understands that the Participant (and not the Company) shall be responsible for the Participant’s tax liability that may arise in connection with the acquisition, vesting and/or disposition of the RSUs. The Participant acknowledges that no election under Section 83(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (the “Code”) is available with respect to RSUs.

  • Director Notification Obligation If the Participant is a director of the Corporation’s Malaysian Affiliate, the Participant is subject to certain notification requirements under the Malaysian Companies Act. Among these requirements is an obligation to notify the Malaysian Affiliate in writing when the Participant receives or disposes of an interest (e.g., an Award or shares) in the Corporation or any related company.
