Disclosures; Cross-References. If any part of the Shareholder Disclosure Schedule discloses an item or information that is relevant to the disclosure required by another (other) part(s) of the Shareholder Disclosure Schedule and it is reasonably apparent based on the substance of such disclosure that the item or information is relevant to such other part(s) of the Shareholder Disclosure Schedule, then such item or information will be deemed to have been disclosed for purposes of such other part(s) of the Shareholder Disclosure Schedule notwithstanding the omission of an appropriate cross-reference to such other part(s).
