Disclosure Document Modifications. The Advisor shall promptly furnish the Managing Owner with a copy of all modifications to its Disclosure Document when available for distribution. Upon receipt of any modified Disclosure Document by the Managing Owner, the Managing Owner will provide the Advisor with an acknowledgement of receipt thereof.
