Disclosure Document Modifications. The Advisor shall promptly furnish the General Partner with a copy of all modifications to its Disclosure Document when available for distribution. Upon receipt of any modified Disclosure Document by the General Partner, the General Partner will provide the Advisor with an acknowledgement of receipt thereof.
