Disclosure Document Modifications. The Trading Advisor shall promptly furnish the Sponsor with a copy of all modifications to the Disclosure Document when available for distribution. Upon receipt of any modified Disclosure Document by the Sponsor, the Sponsor will provide the Trading Advisor with an acknowledgement of receipt thereof.
