DISCIPLINARY PENALTY. For the purposes of uniform discipline, a member upon whom a penalty of ‘forfeiture of days or hours off is imposed may arrange with his/her unit commander to serve the penalty by working a regular day off, forfeiting lieu time, if available, or forfeiting annual leave, if available. If the member and his/her unit commander cannot agree on how the penalty is to be served, the unit commander shall decide.
