Disciplinary documents concerning. a decision-making leave shall remain active in an employee’s personnel file for a period of eighteen (18) months. Thereafter, if there has been no further disciplinary action, the decision-making leave shall be considered inactive pursuant to the procedures of the Positive Discipline Program.
