Disaster Testing Sample Clauses

Disaster Testing. Deficiencies revealed in disaster testing shall be provided to the Department in a report showing that the deficiencies were resolved and changes implemented within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the test date. If testing reveals a possible interruption of service or loss of data, changes shall be made within twenty-four (24) hours of identified deficiencies. The Department reserves the right to send personnel to observe disaster testing, at the State’s expense.
