Florida PALM. The Department anticipates transitioning from the FLAIR system to the Florida PALM system during the term of the Contract. Any changes required during this process must be accommodated by the Contractor at no additional cost. The Contractor shall provide an estimated timeline within thirty (30) Calendar Days upon the Department providing specifications for implementation of Florida PALM for each Agency Participant.
