Common use of Disaster Plan Clause in Contracts

Disaster Plan. The Contractor shall send its disaster plan, as required by Section 10 [Compliance with Laws] and Section 23 [HIPAA Compliance] of this Contract, by email to DCS at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Contract.
