DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBEs. PARTICIPATION This Agreement is subject to Title 49, Part 26 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) entitled “Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation (DOT) Financial Assistance Programs.” DBE’s and other small businesses, as defined in Title 49 CFR Part 26, are encouraged to participate in the performance of agreements financed in whole or in part with federal funds; however, DBE participation is not a condition of award. In any event, Consultant shall complete the DBE Information Form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “E” so that EDCTC may compile statistics for federal reporting purposes.
