Common use of Disability Income Payments Clause in Contracts

Disability Income Payments. While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance (if any), the Founder shall not be entitled to receive any Base Salary under Section 3.1, but shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 until the date of the Founder’s termination of employment.

Disability Income Payments. While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance insurance, if any (if anythe “Disability Payments”), the Founder shall not be remain entitled to receive any the Base Salary under Section 3.1, but which shall be reduced by any Disability Payments received by the Founder, and shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 until the date of the Founder’s termination of employment.

Disability Income Payments. While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance (if any), the Founder shall not be entitled to receive any Base Salary under Section 3.15.1, but shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 5.3 until the date of the Founder’s termination of employment.
