Common use of Disability Income Payments Clause in Contracts

Disability Income Payments. While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance (if any), the Employee shall not be entitled to receive any Base Salary under Section 3.1, but shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections 3.3 until the date of the Employee’s termination of employment.

Disability Income Payments. While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance insurance, if any (if anythe “Disability Payments”), the Employee shall not be entitled to receive any Base Salary under Section 3.1, but shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections 3.3 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 until the date of the Employee’s termination of employment.

While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance (if any), the Employee shall not be entitled to receive any Base Salary under Section 3.1, but shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections Section 3.3 until the date of the Employee’s termination of employment.

With regard to equity incentives, the applicable equity incentive plan and award agreement shall govern the Employee’s participation and the Parent Company’s obligations relating to such equity incentives.

While receiving disability income payments under the Company’s disability income insurance (if any), the Employee shall not be entitled to receive any Base Salary under Section 3.1, so long as such disability income insurance (if any) is equivalent to the Employee’s net compensation arising from his Base Salary after all taxes and deductions, but shall continue to participate in all other compensation and benefits in accordance with Sections 3.3 until the date of the Employee’s termination of employment.
