Dirty Pay. 1. A premium of 5% shall be paid to any Employee working in contact with raw sewage. This premium shall not apply to Underground Utility, Electrical/Mechanical, or Wastewater Treatment Plant Employees. 2. As determined by the Employer, a 5% premium shall be paid to any Employee working in contact with dirty/obnoxious substances. This premium shall not apply to gardeners working with pesticides.
