Common use of Dirty Pay Clause in Contracts

Dirty Pay. a) A pay differential of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour will apply to any employee for the time the employee is in actual contact with live sewage while cleaning sewage pump stations, clearing blocked sewers or making sewer connections; such time to be subject to the approval of the supervisor. b) Whenever a cemetery employee is required to perform disinterring duties then they will receive an additional two (2) hours pay at regular rates.
