Dirty Pay. (i) When designated by the Employer an employee shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour of premium pay, or the hours so worked, whichever is the greater: (a) when directed to remove and dispose of dead animals; (b) when directed to clean up excrement/fecal matter (human or otherwise), bodily fluids (blood, vomit, urine), diapers, hypodermic needles or such other obnoxious material as approved by the Employer. (ii) Effective January 1, 2012 the premium pay shall be one-quarter (1/4) hour in addition to the employee’s regular rate of pay.
