The Directory Service clause establishes the provision and maintenance of a centralized directory or database containing relevant contact or operational information for parties involved in an agreement. Directory Service. SWISSSIGN manages a public directory service for the certifi- ▇▇▇▇▇ it issues. The SUBSCRIBER's certificates shall be pub- lished in the directory service with the SUSCRIBER's consent. The certificates shall bear the name "SWISSSIGN" on them as issuer. This enables people to infer that there is a contractual relationship between SWISSSIGN and the SUBSCRIBER re- spectively between SWISSSIGN and the CERTIFICATE HOLDER.
Directory Service. During the Term, Excite will develop, operate and maintain a Directory Service for Netcenter. The Directory Service for Netcenter shall be fully functional on the Launch Date and shall be integrated into the Co-Branded Channels and such other Channels as Netscape shall designate from time to time. Except as otherwise agreed by the parties, Excite agrees that the Directory Service for Netcenter shall be equivalent in function, features and depth, including, without limitation, taxonomy, and shall be updated no less frequently than the directory service available through the Excite Brand Service, subject to Netscape's selection of directory features or functionality pursuant to Section 3.1.
Directory Service. ACS shall provide directory Services (e.g. Outlook) that provide Symetra telephone users with vital communication information and tools including external directories such as white pages and yellow pages. Outlook features shall include a repository of directory information for internal as well as Symetra external contacts. Directory Services also include managing white page and yellow page listing services to meet Symetra requirements. The following table identifies the roles and responsibilities associated with directory Services activities.
Directory Service. Google shall provide to Customer a hierarchical directory of Web pages, based on the Netscape Communications Corporation Open Directory SF1:555057.2 [*] Indicates that certain information in this exhibit has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. Project ("ODP"), through which End Users can browse and search, for display on a Site and/or (subject to the prior written approval of Google) an Additional Site or Co-branded Site. If and to the extent any Web page of such Site, Additional Site or Co-branded Site containing directory search results includes content from the ODP, the use of such content is subject to the Open Directory License, a copy of which as of the GSA Effective Date is at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/license.html. Customer hereby agrees to abide by the terms of said license and specifically acknowledges the attribution requirement set forth therein. Customer understands and agrees that the Services and license provided in this Section 1.1.2 are subject to termination to the extent such services are no longer available for third party licensing from Google or Google otherwise ceases to make such services generally available to customers. For the purposes of the Agreement, a browse query generated by an End User in connection with the Directory Service on a Site, Additional Site or Co-branded Site shall be deemed to be included as part of "QUERIES."
Directory Service. 6.1. Definition: Directory Service provides local customer telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction. Call completion shall be provided at parity with that which GTE provides to its own end user customers.
