Directors’ Expenses. 75. The Directors may at the discretion of the Governing Body be paid all reasonable and proper out of pocket travelling, hotel and other expenses, excluding foreign travel (unless specifically authorised by the Directors for the proper conduct of the operation of the Trust), properly incurred by them in connection with their attendance at meetings of Directors or committees of Directors or general meetings or otherwise in connection with the discharge of their duties, but shall otherwise be paid no remuneration.
