Common use of Directors’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse its non-employee directors for reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred with respect to travel or promotion related to the Company, as approved by the Board of Directors.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse its each non-employee directors director for his or her reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with respect to travel or promotion related to the Company, as approved by attending meetings of the Board of DirectorsDirectors or any committees thereof.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse its reasonable costs incurred by non-employee directors for reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred with respect of the Company and any representative referred to travel or promotion related to in Section 3.9 below in attending meetings of the Company, as approved by 's Board of Directors (including any meeting of the committees of the Board of Directors) and any other meetings or events attended at the request of the Company.
