Directors and Executive Officers. At and after the Effective Time, the directors of TSFG shall consist of all of the directors of TSFG serving immediately prior to the Effective Time and the additional person who shall become a director of TSFG in accordance with Section 7.11 hereof, each to hold office in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Surviving Corporation until their respective successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified.
