Common use of Directories Delivery Clause in Contracts

Directories Delivery. CBT will provide initial and secondary (replacement, additional or New Line orders) delivery of CBT’s White Page Directory and shall cause its Publisher to provide initial and secondary (replacement additional or New Line orders) delivery of Yellow Page Directories to CLEC Directory Customers under the same terms and conditions that CBT delivers to its customers. Upon directory publication, CBT will arrange for the distribution of the directory to CLEC Customers in the directory coverage area.

CBT will provide initial and secondary (replacement, additional or New Line orders) delivery of CBT’s White Page Directory and shall cause its Publisher to provide initial and secondary (replacement additional or New Line orders) delivery of Yellow Page Directories to CLEC JTC Directory Customers under the same terms and conditions that CBT delivers to its customers. Upon directory publication, CBT will arrange for the distribution of the directory to CLEC JTC Customers in the directory coverage area.

Upon directory publication, CBT will arrange for the distribution of the directory to CLEC Frontier Customers in the directory coverage area.

Upon directory publication, CBT will arrange for the distribution of the directory to CLEC Phone-Link Customers in the directory coverage area.

Upon directory publication, CBT will arrange for the distribution of the directory to CLEC Sun-Tel Customers in the directory coverage area.
