Direct Donation Clause Samples
Direct Donation. Direct Donation days can only be requested/donated for current needs and may not be accumulated for future purposes. A maximum of two (2) Direct Donation days may be deposited by an employee each school year. A direct donation does not qualify the donator for eligibility in the Bank.
Direct Donation. This is the simplest option for parents wanting to donate in a lump sum. o Send an e-transfer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ o Donate by credit card through the Project Advance page (write "School Seismic Upgrade - [Your Family Name]" in the comments). o Blessed Sacrament parishioners can pay by cheque by requesting a yellow envelope from the parish office. o Non-parishioners may contribute by providing a cheque payable to Blessed Sacrament Parish. Please include "School Seismic Upgrade – [Your Family Name]" in the memo section.
