Direct Donation Requests Clause Samples

The Direct Donation Requests clause authorizes one party to solicit donations directly from individuals or organizations, typically for a specified cause or project. This clause outlines the procedures and limitations for making such requests, such as requiring prior approval, specifying acceptable communication channels, or setting fundraising targets. Its core function is to establish clear boundaries and expectations around direct donation activities, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that all parties are aligned on how fundraising efforts are conducted.
