DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICERS. Nothing in this Convention shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions and their personal domestics, or members of consular missions, or of members of permanent missions to international organizations under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
