Dining Plan Definitions. A. Swipes Plan – Swipes are meals used primarily to receive Dining Plan privileges, to gain entry to Xxxxxx Court Dining Center, AVO Kitchen, or to purchase a meal combo through the Swipe Exchange Program. In most instances, one Swipe equals one meal. Swipes do not carry over from semester to semester. Dining Plans are billed through VCU Student Accounting.
