Dining Facilities. 7.2.1. When employees are working in the same place in suburban areas with the same employer, the employer shall have facilities in which employees can drink coffee and eat. The shelters shall be fitted with tables and chairs, and care must be taken to ensure that they are always clean and tidy. Furthermore, the shelters shall be equipped with heating appliances. 7.2.2. When typically eating at the workplace, both employers and employees shall follow instructions from the health authorities regarding conditions, sanitary facilities and conduct in food areas.
