Common use of Diligent Prosecution Clause in Contracts

Diligent Prosecution. No default on the part of Lessee in the performance of work required to be performed, or acts to be done, or conditions to be remedied, shall be deemed to exist, if steps shall, in good faith, have been commenced promptly to rectify the same and shall be prosecuted to completion with diligence and continuity in accordance with Article 27 hereof, on "Default", unless otherwise specified in this Lease.
