Differentiated Supervision Model Sample Clauses

The Differentiated Supervision Model clause establishes a framework for tailoring the level and type of oversight provided to individuals or groups based on their experience, performance, or specific needs. In practice, this means that more experienced or high-performing individuals may receive less frequent or less intensive supervision, while those requiring additional support are monitored more closely and provided with targeted guidance. This approach ensures that resources are allocated efficiently, supports professional growth, and addresses varying levels of competence, ultimately promoting both accountability and development within the organization.
Differentiated Supervision Model. Employees shall have the opportunity to participate in a differentiated supervision model in accordance with PDE procedures and AIU guidelines. The Administrator and the Employee will participate in a collaborative midyear review and an end-of-year reflection on the project.
