Device Performance. a. Device Downtime shall be computed from the time the Contractor is notified of Device failure until the time in which the Device is fully operational. b. Device Downtime due to lack of consumable Supplies is not acceptable. c. Contractor must provide daily communication to the Purchasing Entity regarding inoperable Devices, including updates regarding resolution timeframe, and any parts, Accessories, or Devices on back-order.
