DEVICE DELIVERY. Contractor shall submit to Authority applicable Documentation for each Component of the NEPP System it proposes to deliver prior to delivery of the first of each type of Component. Following approval of the Component and the Installation and Interface Plan by Authority, Contractor shall attend to delivery of the approved Components to the applicable installation site, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
