NEPP System Acquisition Sample Clauses

NEPP System Acquisition. Contractor shall be responsible for creating, manufacturing, procuring or otherwise acquiring all NEPP System Devices, Licensed Software and other Components of the NEPP System, as required under the Contract Documents. Contractor shall also be responsible for creating, manufacturing, procuring or otherwise acquiring NEPP System Devices, Licensed Software and other Components of the NEPP System for Authority's Regional Partners, as required under the Contract Documents.
