DEVICE PLAN. If the Customer has signed up for a device plan when purchasing end devices such as smartphones or other devices, the number and amount of the monthly in- stallments, as well as any down payment, shall be indi- cated in the individual device plan. The Customer is entitled to settle the outstanding installments at any time in a single payment. The financed device is the property of the Customer. Theft, loss, transfer of possession or transfer of owner- ship of the device does not release the Customer from fulfilling the instalment payment agreement or from paying the installments. A device plan shall be deemed to have been can- celed: a) if the Customer cancels the mobile subscription associated with the device plan, or b) if the Customer has paid all outstanding install- ments, or c) upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of the Customer’s notice of cancelation, or
