Deviating conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the Customer shall only become part of the contract if and to the extent that LSV has expressly approved the applicability of such in writing. The requirement for approval shall apply in any case, also e.g. if the performance of the contract begins even though LSV is aware of the Customer's general terms and conditions.

  • Deviation Should Subrecipient wish to deviate from the requirements of this Paragraph F or wish to issue a sub-contract to other than the lowest bidder or competitor, Subrecipient shall submit written justification therefore to Administrator for approval or denial and shall withhold any further action until receipt of written notice of Administrator’s approval of said request.   • Deviations Deviations from the drawings and the dimensions therein given, whether or not error is believed to exist, shall be made only after written authority is obtained from the County, and shall be documented within the Detailed Scope of Work for the specific Job Order.

  • TRUNK FORECASTING 58.1. CLEC shall provide forecasts for traffic utilization over trunk groups. Orders for trunks that exceed forecasted quantities for forecasted locations will be accommodated as facilities and/or equipment are available. Embarq shall make all reasonable efforts and cooperate in good faith to develop alternative solutions to accommodate orders when facilities are not available. Company forecast information must be provided by CLEC to Embarq twice a year. The initial trunk forecast meeting should take place soon after the first implementation meeting. A forecast should be provided at or prior to the first implementation meeting. The semi-annual forecasts shall project trunk gain/loss on a monthly basis for the forecast period, and shall include:

  • Responsiveness The Contractor has provided an appropriate and timely response to each of the City’s requests.

  • Forecasting Manager and Sprint PCS will work cooperatively to generate mutually acceptable forecasts of important business metrics including traffic volumes, handset sales, subscribers and Collected Revenues for the Sprint PCS Products and Services. The forecasts are for planning purposes only and do not constitute Manager's obligation to meet the quantities forecast.

  • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use.   • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Visibility 12.1. Contractor shall follow any instructions given by EFI relating to visibility for the tasks and output under this Contract, including the use of specific disclaimers.

  • Lateness 24 Employees who are less then eight (8) minutes late are not 25 required to make up the missed minutes and shall be paid for a full shift without charge to 26 a leave account. Employees who are more than eight (8) minutes late may be charged 27 paid leave for time late or may be allowed to flex time at the manager's discretion. An 28 employee who starts work after their start time is considered to be late. Being late to work 29 can be grounds for discipline up to and including dismissal.
