Development Updates. Novartis shall provide Legend, through the JSC, [***] written report[***], which describes [***] performed since the last report and planned Development activities with respect to Licensed Products (each, a “Development Update”). For clarity, all Development Updates shall constitute Confidential Information of Novartis.
