Common use of Development Updates Clause in Contracts

Development Updates. Upon the request of CytomX, ImmunoGen shall provide CytomX with brief written reports, which CytomX may request no more frequently than [***] until satisfaction of ImmunoGen’s obligations under Section 2.2.1 hereof, that shall summarize ImmunoGen’s efforts to Develop the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory in sufficient detail to establish that ImmunoGen is using Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop the Licensed Product, identify the applications for Regulatory Approval that ImmunoGen or its Affiliates or Sublicensees have filed, sought or attempted to obtain in the prior [***] period, and any they reasonably expect to file, seek or attempt to obtain in the following [***] period. The Parties agree that the minutes of the JDC meetings may serve as reports hereunder, to the extent such minutes adequately address the above subject matter.
